PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY

Each piece is made from 950 Britannia silver, stamped NJ 950 for authenticity. Products are handmade by Indian artisans and inspected for quality and safety.

Jewellery may naturally tarnish, oxidize, scratch, or lose polish due to exposure to chemicals, perfume, sweat, chlorine, etc. This is a normal characteristic and does not qualify for unnecessary warranty claims.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team promptly with your order details. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation and issue a full refund.
